Rates

I charge 75€/hour of proofreading, not by word count.

It takes approximately 3-4 hours to proofread a doctoral thesis for example, and often a manuscript will take around 1-2 hours. Additionally, I am very happy to work within your deadline so please feel free to inform me of this.

Some clients have expressed that they would want me to improve the writing in their documents (ie. copy editing). If you would like me to work further with the writing style and/or content of your document, that can be discussed. I would be happy to do it, and work together with you to improve the writing, though I consider this outside the realm of usual proofreading corrections. I will not change the overall style of your sentences unless we have discussed otherwise.
